Hope School Services has been responsive to our needs as a small charter school that does not have a full-time school psychologist. We have worked with two school psychologists that were contracted through Hope School Services and both were always professional and committed to working with our students and staff. We have been able to simply call or email Sylvia with our needs and she makes it happen. Most recently, we were in need of a part-time paraprofessional and yet again, Sylvia was able to deliver! We are now in the process of securing a special education homebound teacher and we expect nothing but continuous professionalism and support for our students!

I love providing speech therapy at Hope School Services! Not only is my placement at a Wilmington City Charter School perfect for me, the Director of related services is exceptionally attentive, positive and professional. She has made my work a pleasure since our first phone conversation. Her visits to the school for face to face meetings to make sure I have everything I need in the beginning were appreciated beyond words. Every interaction is positive, informative, and friendly. From the first day of orientation, she made the mechanics of the job a very positive experience such as staff introductions, obtaining IEP documents and student schedules, providing space for sessions, printing, wifi set up and reporting time a breeze. As a speech and language pathologist who has worked full time in Pennsylvania public schools for over 30 years and for private contracting agencies for 4 years, Hope School Services is my absolute favorite agency to work for.
