April 15, 2020: Scholarship Application Closes
May 2020: Scholarship Application Review
June 2020: Scholarship Award Notification
August 15, 2020: Deadline to claim Scholarship
Scholarship Description:
HOPE School Services proudly awards a scholarship to students with a disability to help them further their education, pursue opportunities for growth, explore new possibilities, and achieve their academic dreams.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Applicants MUST be a permanent resident of Delaware.
- Have a minimum 2.5 GPA.
- Have an IEP.
- Submit an active IEP.
- Submit two letters of recommendation (one from a school representative and one from a community member). Submit an essay “describing your challenges as a student with a disability and what you have done to overcome it” (essay should be 1-2 pages double spaced).
- Submit a Resume.
- Submit Official transcript.
- Submit College acceptance letter.
- Submit ACT or SAT scores.
